The ZoomInfo integration seamlessly enriches company and contact data, helping you make decisions based on the most current insights.
How do we integrate ZoomInfo in Reltio?
This integration is powered by Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and is deployed as an RIH package. Using RIH Recipe Lifecycle Management, the package can be imported into a tenant and includes recipes, connections, environment properties, lookup tables, API endpoints, API collections, Connector Software Development Kits (SDK), and templates. The ZoomInfo integration is not supported for use with Entity Resolution products.

- You need to have these entitlements:
- A product entitlement for Reltio Enrichment with ZoomInfo prebuilt integration. Contact your Reltio representative to purchase this add-on.
- A product entitlement for Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) to deploy and manage the integration.
- ZoomInfo Licensing
- To access ZoomInfo data, you must purchase a license. ZoomInfo will provide login credentials (username and password), which need to be configured in the ZoomInfo Services Connection within RIH. These credentials are required for each API request to ZoomInfo.

To implement this integration, you will receive a set of recipes, including necessary dependencies like the data model and API connections, from your support contact. Enhance your data quality by connecting with ZoomInfo to enrich profiles with reliable, up-to-date organization and contact information from ZoomInfo's extensive database. Records are matched using core firmographic and demographic attributes.
For Organizations, profiles are matched using the following input attributes: Name, Address, Email, Phone, Website URL, and ZoomInfo ID.
For Individuals, matching is based on: Name, First Name, Last Name, Address, Email, Phone, Website URL, Employment History, and ZoomInfo ID.
The integration supports three operational modes:
Near Real-Time
- use Reltio's ENTITY_CREATED and ENTITY_CHANGED SQS messages, which are polled by RIH every 5 minutes.Batch

- Provides Match Scores
ZoomInfo assigns a match score (displayed as the Confidence Code in the UI) that reflects the quality of the search results based on the criteria used. This score determines whether the returned data is marked for auto-merge or suspect match. The confidence code thresholds for auto-merge versus suspect match are configurable, with the following default values:
Organization (Company): Match Score 1–5
Individual (Contact): Contact Accuracy Score 75–99
