Internet Content Provider (ICP) compliance
Learn more about the ICP regulations in China.
Reltio hosts its Software as a Service (SaaS) platform in China also. In accordance with government rules and regulations, we may not make available in China the features and functionality we provide in other parts of the world.
Any business operating in China needs an Internet Content Provider (ICP) license issued by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Internet Content Provider (ICP) License is a permit issued by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to permit China-based websites to operate legally in China. Any commercial website that offers services to customers must obtain the ICP License.
As per the Chinese regulations, the ICP license number must be visible to users in the UI. To comply with this rule, we display our Reltio ICP license on the following pages on our platform.

This license number is also a link, which when clicked takes you to https://beian.miit.gov.cn/, where you can validate the license against public records.
