Tenant architecture
Learn where tenants site in Reltio Data Cloud architecture.
Reltio cloud-based customer tenants sit on your organization's preferred cloud provider. In the Reltio layered MDM model, your tenant is your Reltio L3 layer. That's the level you configure and provision.
Application-level configuration
This is where you access Reltio applications, APIs, and resources to configure the platform's appearance and behavior, including which external data sources it connects to and how it manages interactions, transactions, relationships, and reference data.
Business data
This is where your organization's data is matched, merged, cleansed, curated, governed, linked, and made available to downstream systems such as customer relationship management, order management, and compliance.
- Reltio velocity packs
- Prepackaged support for a market segment that supports your organization's business objectives. The Dev tenant is additionally provisioned with a small set of sample data designed to illustrate the use of the out-of-the-box application.
- Queues
- Allocated and linked to an AWS SQS queue to receive events from the tenant. This conveniently enables message-queue style of integrations with other systems in your enterprise.
- Reference Data Management (RDM)
- Accompanied by and logically linked to a Reference Data Management (RDM) tenant. The RDM tenant is pre-configured with reference data supportive of the Solution Accelerator pre-configured on the MDM tenants.
- Storage space
- Accompanied by a bucket in AWS S3 where you can place data files and perform file manipulations. The bucket serves as a convenient folder in the Reltio Data Cloud where applications can retrieve and place files for data loading and extraction. Sometimes, you may want to place extracts from on-premises systems into this folder for easy access by integration tools.
- Tenant cloning and snapshot services
- Support for additional clones and snapshots, with the option to purchase more.
- Data as a Service (add-on)
Pre-integration to third-party data tenants from providers of commercially available reference and enrichment data using Reltio's DTSS (Data Tenant Subscription Service) technology if your Reltio Platform license includes the use of Reltio Data Cloud's Data as a Service integration to a Reltio platform Data Tenant.
The following topics in this section explain more about these tenant components. For details on the components and resources available on tenants, see section About applications.
