Access the Reltio Platform Status page from your web browser: Reltio Platform Status.
Platform status anatomy
Use these key areas of the Reltio Platform Status page to monitor the operational status of your tenants in Reltio Data Cloud.
- Operational status bar
- Indicates the overall operational status of the platform for all clouds and services. For more information, see topic View platform status.
- About this site
- Contains mappings of tenant URLs to Reltio clouds, for example:
US Cloud
US Healthcare Cloud
US Financial Services Cloud
European Union Cloud
Asia Pacific Cloud
Canada Cloud
United Kingdom Cloud
- Cloud dashboards
- Indicates the operational status of the platform for specific clouds and services over the past 90 days with color-coded bars:
- Green: All services or components are functional.
- Yellow: One or more services or components are affected.
- Red: One or more services or components are unavailable.
The label below the timeline provides the overall percentage uptime for this cloud.
Select the plus sign (+) next to the cloud name to expand the dashboard to display its component services.

- View historical uptime
- Opens the Historical uptime view, which shows a a full history of uptime and incidents over a selected 90-day period.

- Past incidents
- Lists an historical daily log of all past incidents, indicating:

- Incident summary with timestamped status, for example:

- Subscribe to updates
- Opens a panel where you can subscribe to automated alerts or navigate directly to the Reltio support site.
