View historical uptime metrics

Learn how to view historical uptime metrics from the Reltio Platform status page

The Reltio platform status page provides details of the Reltio Data Cloud operational period for the previous 90 days. From that page, access the Historical uptime metrics.

From this page, view the daily uptime status for a specified 3-month period. The color-coded boxes in the months, indicated with the same status as the color-coded bars in the Reltio platform status page. For details, see topic Platform status navigation.
To view historical uptime metrics:
  1. From the link on the top right of the Cloud dashboards, select View historical uptime.
  2. In the Uptime tab, view details for a 3-month period from the current day through the previous 2 months.

    1. From the Cloud components dropdown menu, select a specific cloud or its component services. For details, see topic Monitor cloud service health
    2. From the Date range slider, select previous (<) or next (>) buttons to slide the displayed time period backward or forward by one month to display the3-month time period whose uptime data you want to view:
    3. View the overall health status on this day on the color-coded bars on the dashboard timeline:
      • Green (operational): All services or components are functional.

      • Yellow (partial outage): One or more services has an issue.

      • Orange (degraded performance): One or more services or components are affected.

      • Red (major outage): One or more services or components are unavailable.

    4. Hover your mouse pointer over a colored box for a particular day to display a tooltip with the date and a status details.
  3. At the top of the page, select the Incidents tab to view a details on each incident for each month in the selected time period:

    1. From the Filter components dropdown menu, select another cloud or its component services if desired. For example, to view any incidents related to cleanse during the specified time period, select Global cleanse from this dropdown..
    2. From the Date range slider, select previous (<) or next (>) buttons to select a different time period if desired.
    3. For each month, view a summary of each incident that happened in a particular month.
    4. Select a specific incident to drill down to its Incident Detail page to view further details:

      • resolution status

      • technical details of the investigation

      • timeline of the incident

      • list of impacted clouds

  4. At the bottom of the Incident Detail or Historical uptime page, select Current status to return to Reltio platform status page.
