Properties configuration

Learn about the properties configuration in the files exported.

You will now learn about the mandatory properties configuration of attributes. The following table lists the properties that are configured, and any related conditions.

AttributeMandatory property
Reltio Environment URLThe Reltio Environment URL. For example, https://dev.reltio.com/.
Reltio Tenant IDThe Reltio Tenant ID. For example, 3MsnK05PsHui.
HCP - Entity NameThe name of the entity used as the name of the file.
Email NotificationThe email address to send notifications in case of errors. If you have multiple addresses, separate them using a comma. For example, abc@reltio.com,xyz@reltio.com.
STD10 - HCP Load Type (IDL/Incremental Load)The HCP Load type, which can be:
  • IDL:The Reltio export job will select only those profiles that have the Start Date as (1971-01-01T07:00:00.000000-07:00) and End Date as current date and time.
    Note: We recommend that you set this as IDL the first time you execute STD10 HCP recipe.
  • Incremental Load:The Export Range End Time (the date and time the last job was executed) from the MedPro STD10 Job Statistics Lookup Table is considered the Start Date. Profiles with this date and the End Date as the current date are exported.
STD10 - Is License/Address required for HCP Export (Yes/No)Determines if the record is to be included in the STD10HCP file, based on the following conditions:
  • Yes:
    • The MedPro | PROC | STD10 - Reltio Export HCP & load STD10 file to SFTP recipe checks the expiration data of records with valid license:
      • those with current or future expiration dates are included in the STD10 HCP file.
      • those with expired dates are not included. They're included in future exports after they've been enriched with the latest license details.

    • If the license is valid, then the recipe checks the address type and state, which must match the License state.
    • If the record doesn't have a license, the first matching addresses that has an Address Type and First Name defined is selected.

      Note: The first address matching the criteria is selected.
  • No:
    • The MedPro | PROC | STD10 - Reltio Export HCP & load STD10 file to SFTP recipe checks the expiration data of records with valid license:
      • those with current or future expiration dates are included in the STD10 HCP file.
      • those with expired dates are not included. They're included in future exports after they've been enriched with the latest license details.

    • the recipe will check for License and address details and include relevant records.
    • If the record is missing license or address details, such records are also included provided the First Name, and other attributes such as DEA Number, NPI Number, Phone Number, Professional Designation, and Specialty are available.

STD10 - Reltio Export HCP Filter ConditionsThe Reltio attributes and audit-based filter to enrich the filter dataset. If you want to enrich the entire dataset, leave this field blank.
STD10 - Filter HCP profiles based on created/updated (New Records/Updated Records)New records - Will export only new records.

Updated Records - Will export only updated records.

SSTD80 – Reltio Load HCP EntityDenotes if HCP data is to be enriched.
STD10 - HCO Load Type (IDL/Incremental Load)The HCO Load type:
  • IDL - The Reltio export job will select only those profiles that have the Start Date as (1971-01-01T07:00:00.000000-07:00) and End Date as current date and time.

      • those with current or future expiration dates are included in the STD10 HCP file.
      • those with expired dates are not included. They're included in future exports after they've been enriched with the latest license details.

    • If the record is missing license or address details, such records are also included provided the First Name, and other attributes such as DEA Number, NPI Number, Phone Number, Professional Designation, and Specialty are available.
