Data Modeler creates the blueprint for the way you organize elements of your data, as well as how these entities interact.
Interaction types are available in data models in Reltio Customer 360.
An Interaction type is a way to track and record specific events or activities between entities (like customers, products, or accounts). These events could be anything from purchases, service requests, or even something like a customer calling your support team.
Interaction types are used to track the different types of interactions that a customer has with your company. For example, you could create interaction types for phone calls, emails, and website visits. Member types are used to track the different types of members that are involved in the interaction e.g. Customer and Customer Support in an email interaction. You could create member types for employees, customers, and partners.
