Switch between Table and List views

Learn how to switch views in Reltio Inbox.

Choose to view your workflow tasks either as a list or table. Either way you look at your assigned tasks, you can perform the same actions and view the same fields.

If your current view is List view, you'll see all workflow tasks displayed as a list. For more information, see topics Reltio Inbox overview and Working With Tasks.

If you'd like to see your workflow tasks in a tabular view instead of a list view, use the Table option in the View switcher to switch from a list view to a tabular view. Once you do this, the next time you log into the Inbox, your workflow tasks are displayed in a tabular format. The same is true if you move to another workflow task tab or refresh the page--tasks are still displayed in the last view you selected. For example, if you move from the All to the Team tab, the selected tasks and bulk actions remain the same when you switch between the two views. For more information, see topic Select multiple tasks.

To switch from the List view to the Table view:
  1. In the upper right corner of the Inbox page, in the View switcher, select Table.
  2. In the Table view, arrange task data to suit your preferences:
    • Select a tab at the top of the Table view to display workflow tasks for that task type, for example: Account onboarding, Data Change Request Review, Data Verification with Loop, and so on.
    • Drag and drop any column from its original location to another part of the table. For example, drag and drop the Status column to your preferred location in the table.
    • Hide a column in the table using the Show/hide columns icon in the View switcher. For example: Select the Show/hide columns icon and clear the Status check box if you don't want to display it anymore.

    • Show or display a column in the table using the Show/hide columns icon in the Filter icon/View switcher. For example: Select the Show/hide columns icon and select the Status check box if you want to display it.

    • Insert a column to the left or right of another column in the table using the More options icon that is displayed when you hover over the column label. For example, hover your mouse pointer over the Due date column, select the displayed More options icon, select Insert 1 right, and then enter "priority" to insert the Priority column to the right of the Due date column.
Note: As soon as you refresh the page, the earlier changes are restored. However, if you move between tabs in the navigate pane, the changes you made will remain.
  3. To switch back to the List view, In the upper right corner of the Inbox page, in the View switcher, select List.
