Access Inbox from here in the UI:
Inbox anatomy
Use the following key sections of the Inbox page to view your active Inbox tasks.
- Select workflow task tab
- The Collapsed menu icon at the top of the Inbox page that displays or hides the left navigation panel, where you can select the relevant workflow task tab..
- View switcher
The View switcher switches the display of task details between list and tabular format. For more information, see topic Switch between Table and List views.
- Navigation pane
- The pane that displays the different workflow task tabs you can view in Inbox. .
- Workflow task details area
- The area below the Filter icon and on the right of the navigation pane in which panel the task details based on the filter values are displayed. For more information, see topic Filter tasks.
Viewing workflow tasks
In addition to the standard availability from a desktop or laptop computer, you can access the Inbox from your mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. The mobile experience is optimized for smaller form factors, including support for gestures.
Select the Applications menu to navigate directly to the Inbox, where you can work on your workflow tasks in the following tabs:
- Inbox: Lists tasks and displays information such as, name of the creator, status of the task, created date, and the due date. The task icon indicates the process the task belongs to. More than one process can be represented in the list, and the processes can be varied with regard to things like approving an expense report, matching tasks, and so on.
- Team: Lists tasks assigned to the user's team members. Team members can perform any task, reassign any task, or simply view any task.
- Sent: Lists tasks that you sent for approval.
- All: Lists all open and closed tasks. The users who have the necessary permissions are able to access the closed or resolved tasks. By default, closed tasks are available in the Inbox for a period of one year from the resolved or closed date.
For each of the tasks displayed, you can view the entities and their details in two views: List view and Table view. For more information, see topic Working With Tasks.
For custom workflows, these entity types are sorted based on L3 configuration. If there are more than one entity for entity type, then they are in turn sorted on their label. If you select the entity, details of all the entities for that custom workflow is displayed on the right pane.
From the tabs (Inbox, Team, Sent, All) in the left navigation bar in the Reltio Inbox, use the select the Select all option to apply multiple actions on tasks. Apply filters to view and update a selected set of tasks. In the list of tasks, use the Select all check box to clear all tasks, or select one or more specific tasks to clear some tasks.If you clear all tasks, the bulk actions menu is no longer available.
