Additional Entries and Details

Learn how to view the additional entries and details in the Inbox.

While adding additional entries and details, you can edit the Due date and Priority. You can also view the comments, and add new comments if needed.

  1. Click a task.

    The entry is highlighted and the entity details are shown in the right panel.

    The entity name is a link, which when clicked displays details in the profile view in Hub.

  2. Click More Information. You will see more details about the task.

    1. In the Due date field, select the drop down to change the date if required.
    2. In the Priority field, select the drop down to change the priority if required.
    3. In the right pane, select Comments. You will see comments, if any, specified for the task.
    4. In the text field at the bottom of the tab, enter comments for the task.

    5. Click Send. You will see the comment added in the tab.
