Reltio Integration for Salesforce supports merging in Reltio platform by calling the Salesforce merge service.

To enable merging in Reltio, add processMerge: true to the mapping. When entities that are synced to Salesforce get merged in Reltio platform, Reltio Integration for Salesforce calls the Salesforce merge service and passes the winner and loser account IDs. The loser accounts are removed from Salesforce. The entity Salesforce crosswalks related to the loser accounts are updated with a delete date.
