Viewing Tasks Status

You can search by a person's name to view the task's status.

See the following image to find out when the person is on vacation or unavailable for other reason

Reassigning, Approving, or Rejecting Tasks

Method 1
  1. Select the tasks assigned to a team member or a coworker.

    If the person is unavailable, reassign the tasks to another person.

  2. Click an entry in the list for the INBOX, TEAM, or SENT tab.
  3. Click the green square to view one of two drop downs.

Method 2

  1. In the Search field, type the person's name.

    The person's assigned tasks are shown.

    Note: In the SEND tab, the newly-assigned tasks are shown after completing this step.
  2. Click the task icon to toggle the tasks for reassignment.

  3. In the upper-right area of the window, click the person icon .
  4. Type the person's name to whom to reassign the task.
