Update a segment

Learn how to modify a segment for Reltio Customer 360 in the Reltio Hub.

If you want to modify the segmentation rule or any other detail like access to the segment, you can do so easily from the Segments page itself. If you modify a segment that isn’t created by you, you can only save it as a new segment.

On selecting Segmentation from the slide-out menu, the Segments page lists the existing segments.

  1. From the All segments list, hover your mouse over a segment to edit the name, description, and shared with details.
  2. Select the Edit icon to make changes to these details.
  3. To update the underlying segmentation rule, click the segment.
    The Segments page shows the segmentation rule conditions that were set originally.
    • Modify the details as required. For more information, see topic Create a segment.
    • Take a look at the Sample profiles and the segmentation query shown at the bottom of the page to ascertain your changes.
  4. Select Save.
    You can update the Name, Description, and Shared with details in the Save segment page too.
  5. Select Save to confirm your changes.
Your modifications are saved.
