Learn how to edit data validation functions for entity or relationship types in the Data Modeler.

1. From the Reltio App Selector, select Console > Data Modeler.
2. In the Data Modeler navigation panel, select the object type and the desired entity or relationship type for which you want to edit a DVF:

   • Entity types: For example, Contact or Organization.

   • Relationship types: For example, Organization - Individual or Organization - Organization

3. On the top menu bar, select Validation functions.
4. On the Validation functions page, hover your mouse pointer over the DVF you want to edit and in the displayed action bar, select Edit.

   

5. On the Validation functions page, select Revalidate to open the Tenant Management app and run the revalidate job. You must revalidate existing data based on the updated validation function. For more information on creating a revalidate job, see topic Create a revalidate job.
