Data cleansing process overview
Cleanse functions define a set of rules, mapping, and fallback strategies to determine how clean data before loading it to a Reltio Data Cloud tenant. Configure data cleansing to declare custom cleanse functions and to specify any tenant-specific properties using the following methods:

Use tenant configuration to declare custom cleanse functions and to specify per-tenant properties.

Use the POST /tenants and GET /tenants/tenantid requests to configure tenants. Cleanse functions use a separate API that is only available to the tenant admin.
The Validation Framework executes custom validations on entities when there are saved. Configure the validation service LCA to specify the tenant to execute the service on.
Data Validation Functions define the accuracty and quality criteria ingested data must meet.
