Load interactions into a tenant

Learn about how to use the Data Loader to load interactions data types into a tenant.

Let's load interaction data types from a selected file into a tenant in the Reltio Data Cloud. Loading interactions into a tenant is only available on tenants provisioned with Reltio Customer 360. For loading entity and relationship data types, see topics Load entities into a tenant and Load relationships into a tenant.

To load interactions into a tenant:
  1. In the Console, open the Data Loader.
  2. In Job Definitions, select LOAD DATA and then select Interactions.
  3. In the Upload section, select the Interaction type* dropdown menu, and then select the interaction type you want.
  4. Select the source you want to load data from.
For an example, see step 3 of topic Load entities into a tenant.
  5. Select the checkbox Save the source settings.
Note: The option for saving the source settings will only be displayed for remote file settings like Amazon S3, Google Cloud Search, and Azure Blob Storage, and SFTP. You cannot see this option for local file settings.

  6. Select Continue.
After you load the desired file into your tenant you need to map the file's columns to members. For more information, see topic Map file columns to members.
