Specify record update preference for interactions

Learn how to specify how interaction records from a file must be updated in the tenant.

To specify your preferences on record update you must have mapped file columns to members and attributes when loading interactions into a tenant. For more information, see topics Map file columns to members and Map File Columns to Attributes.
This task explains how to specify record update preferences after mapping file columns to members and attributes, when loading interactions into a tenant.
To specify record update preferences:
  1. Select Recurring Job Definition and

  2. Specify the schedule parameters as required.

    In the following example, the job is scheduled to run every Sunday on a weekly basis.

    Note: Scheduling isn't available if the input is loaded from the local file system.
  3. Select Continue.

    On the Review window you can see the file details, mapping summary, and job information.

  4. Select Save as draft if you want to save the current job as a draft or select Load data to load the data you configured before.
