Duplicate a data loading job

Learn how to duplicate a job.

Before you can duplicate a job in Job Definitions you need to have at least one job created or a draft of a job created. For more information, see topic Load data with Data Loader.

If the data you are loading is similar to data loaded earlier, with the same mappings, you can duplicate an existing job instead of creating a new one.

To duplicate a job :

In the Job Definitions page select Drafts or Completed to see the drafts you created or the completed jobs.
Select the icon on the right of the date for the job you want to duplicate.
Select Duplicate.

The Map page opens and you can create the new job as you require. For more information, see topic Load data with Data Loader.
