Stop a data loading job

Learn how to stop a data loading job

Before you can stop a job in Job Status you need to have at least one job created that is pending. For more information, see topic Load data with Data Loader.

Stop data loading jobs that are pending.

To stop a data loading job:

In the Job Status page select Pendingto see the pending jobs.
Select the icon on the right of the date for the job you want to edit.
Select Stop job to stop the process of loading data on the specific job.
SelectYes to confirm to stop the job.

After stopping the job, a notification appears indicating that job is scheduled to stop. The job appears under the Completed tab with the status as STOPPED.
