Global data refreshes

Country Rebuilds
- France (FR) and Ireland (IE) now include sourced addresses for improved verification.
- Malaysia (MY) now includes a new data source of addresses.
- Singapore (SG): now includes a data fix that improves the geographical accuracy.
Geographic Data Hierarchy updates
- Netherlands (NL):
- Cleaned up sub administrative areas that recently went through mergers. There are 19 old sub administrative areas that have been merged to form 10 new sub administrative areas. For example, Landerd and Uden merged to form Maashorst.
- Duplicated due to internal automated processes adding back "soft delete" localities. For example, Oudenhoorn, Biezenmortel, and Haaren.
- Norway (NO): Norway's administrative areas have been updated from 13 (11 counties and 2 Arctic regions) to 17 (15 counties and 2 Arctic regions). The county of Viken was divided into three new counties: Østfold, Akershus, and Buskerud. Vestfold og Telemark was separated into two distinct counties: Vestfold and Telemark. Similarly, Troms og Finnmark was split into two distinct counties: Troms and Finnmark.
