Be a Reltio roadmap influencer

Influence the Reltio product roadmap by providing input on new features or enhancements you would like to see in the Reltio Data Cloud. Share your product improvement suggestions directly with the Reltio product team as well as other users in the Reltio Ideas Portal. Comment and vote on other users' ideas. Track the progress of submitted ideas.

Reltio looks at these ideas for future product features, so they are not considered time critical. To report a product bug or critical issue, raise a ticket with Reltio Support (for more information, see topic Get help in Support Portal).

OK, so you've got a hot idea and want to know what's your best shot for getting it prioritized? Here are some top tips and some cold drips to consider when submitting or supporting a product improvement idea.

  • Solve for a broad use case reported by many customers

  • Have a large business impact on a broad range of customers

  • Align with the core competency of the product

  • Create a competitive advantage for an industry or customer segment

  • Have a narrow focus for a solution to a problem

  • Are specific to a niche market

  • Create a one-off solution or solve a problem that is not seen often

  • Are nice-to-have but have no business value

  • Conflict with the core competency of the product

If an idea garners votes from five or more companies, Reltio product managers will dig deeper into the idea and determine the best way to address the request. Reltio product managers archive ideas that have been in either of the following statuses for more than one year: Open with fewer than five votes or Future Consideration. In the event the roadmap scope changes to cover an archived idea, Reltio will update the idea's status. In fact, any time we update the status of an idea, we add a comment to help you keep track of its progress.
