Work with segments

Refresh a segment with a batch process

Learn how to refresh a segment with a batch process for Reltio Intelligent 360 in the Reltio Hub.

Create segments and add destinations. For more information, see topic Create a segment and Add a destination to sync .

Segments are refreshed in real time or as a batch. When you include interaction data in your rules for segments, they are refreshed as a batch, based on the refresh frequency you specified during creation. However, you can manually refresh such segments from the Segments page.

To refresh a segment:
  1. In the Hub, select the Segmentation option from the left navigation pane.
  2. From the All segments list, hover your mouse over the segment with a batch process that you want to refresh.
  3. At the far right of the segment row, select the Refresh icon.
