Disable a segment

Learn how to disable a segment for Reltio Intelligent 360 in the Reltio Hub.

Create segments in the Segmentation page in the Hub. For more information, see topic Create a segment.

Disable a segment in your tenant without permanently deleting it. This ensures it is still available for use at a later date.

On selecting Segmentation from the left slide-out menu, the Segments page lists the existing segments.

To disable a segment:

In the Hub, select Segmentation from the left navigation pane.
In the Segments page, hover over the segment that you want to disable and select the More options > Delete segment option.
The segment is disabled, and you will see the Disabled segment updated in the Description column.
