Delete a segment

Learn how to delete a segment for Reltio Customer 360 in the Reltio Hub.

The segment that you created may have served its purpose, or, you may have created another enhanced version of your segment; in any case, you can easily delete your segment.

On selecting Segmentation from the left slide-out menu, the Segments page lists the existing segments.

To delete a segment:
  1. In the Hub, select Segmentation from the left navigation pane.
  2. In the Segments page, hover over the segment that you want to delete and select the More options > Delete segment option.
    Tip: You can delete only the segments that you have created.
    The deletion confirmation pop-up message appears as you cannot retrieve a deleted segment.
  3. Select Delete.
    The segment is deleted and a success message confirms the same.
