Verify email and phone attributes in the Profile view

Learn how to verify email addresses and phone numbers directly from the Profile view in Reltio Hub.

You can verify all supported email addresses and phone numbers directly from the Profile view in Reltio Hub. The system runs a real-time verification request and updates the status shown for each value.

Prerequisites

To verify phone numbers and email addresses:
  1. In the Hub, select Search from the left navigation pane.
  2. In the Search page, select a profile to open it in the Profile view.
  3. Click Verify contact details at the top right corner of the screen.
    The system sends a real-time verification request for all supported email addresses and phone numbers in the profile.
  4. Review the verification status shown next to each value in the Phone and Email sections of the Contact Attributes panel.

    The system displays a status icon next to each verified phone number and email address.

    • A green icon indicates that the value is valid.

    • An orange icon indicates that the value is valid, but the verification result has expired.

    • A red icon indicates that the value is invalid.

    • No icon indicates that the value has not been verified, or that the status is unknown.

Result

The profile shows the updated verification status for each verified email address and phone number.
