Learn how to create the Salesforce service account profile.

1. Log into your Salesforce account.
2. Go to the Setup page.
3. Select Administration > Users > Profiles.
4. Select New to create a new profile.
   
5. In the Existing Profile field, select Standard User.
6. In the Profile Name field, enter RIH Service Account.
7. Select Save. A new profile is created.
8. Edit the profile.
   
9. In the Flow and Flow Orchestration section, select the Manage Flow and Run Flows checkbox.
10. Save the profile.
    Note: Ensure the following system permissions are copied from the standard user profile: Access activities, Allow access to customized actions, Manage data integrations, View Setup and Configuration, Apex REST Services, Edit events, API enabled, Edit tasks, and Send outbound messages.
