Reltio Integration for Salesforce (with RIH)

Learn about the Reltio Integration for Salesforce (with RIH)

Reltio Integration for Salesforce with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) enables you to sync and maintain the latest data related to your contacts and accounts in Salesforce. By integrating with the Reltio Connected Data Platform, you acquire data that is cleansed and consolidated from various sources into a golden record.

This integration is different from the previous Reltio Integration for Salesforce, which also syncs data between Reltio and Salesforce. This Reltio Integration for Salesforce (with RIH) offers features that help better manage your data with extensive alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to self serve.

This integration uses our Reltio Integration Hub's Salesforce Data Connector (SFDC) recipes and has these features:
  • Prebuilt recipes integrating the Reltio B2B Velocity Pack with Salesforce Account and Contact objects

  • Bi-directional sync of account and contact data

  • Configuration to map objects and fields between Salesforce and Reltio

  • Extensive monitoring and troubleshooting through transparent RIH dashboards and configurable alerts in recipes

  • Ability to create new integration from the prebuilt recipes for expanded use cases

  • Search for records before creating them, and import the records not available into Salesforce.

A successful integration between Reltio and Salesforce involves 2 parts:

  1. Set up a bidirectional sync between Reltio and Salesforce. This is done using the RIH recipes, which you can download on your tenant and use them as per your requirements. For more information, see topics Prebuilt integration for Salesforce with RIH, Synchronization modes, Get started with Reltio Integration for Salesforce (with RIH), and RIH recipes for Salesforce Integration.

  2. Set up the Search Before Create (SBC) feature using the Salesforce managed package. For more information, see topic Search before create (SBC).
