Setting the skipPostprocessing Parameter
The skipPostprocessing parameter controls the number of output files
for the Export Service.
The following points explain how this parameter works:
skipPostprocessing: true- When this parameter is set totrue, multiple output files are generated from all the export jobs.skipPostprocessing: trueis the default option for Export.skipPostprocessing: false- When this parameter is set tofalse, either a single output file is generated or multiple output files (if thepartSizeparameter is specified) are generated from all the export jobs.
In Export, we highly recommend you to set the
skipPostprocessing parameter to true to achieve the best
performance for your export jobs.
