Learn how to find your way around with Bulk match.

Let's take you around the Bulk match neighborhood.

Bulk match access

Access Bulk match from here in the UI: Applications > Hub > Bulk match. For general information on using the left navigation drawer in the Hub, see topic Hub navigation.

If No results found is displayed, use Search to select a specific profile whose potential matches you want to review. For more information, see section Search at a glance.

Bulk match anatomy

The Bulk match page contains tabs for the entity types defined for the specified profile, for example, Location, Individual, Organization, and Household.

To review potential matches in bulk, select one or more check boxes from the Profile column. The Match Review bar then prompts you to choose between:
  • MERGE ALL, or
  • NOT A MATCH.
    Attention: The maximum number of profile pairs you can apply MERGE ALL or NOT A MATCH to in a single request is 25.

Filter Operational Values (OVs)

The Show only OV filter is enabled by default, so you'll see only the surviving values determined by your survivorship configuration.

To adjust this view, use the Settings icon in the top-right corner. If you clear the checkbox, the grid will display all attribute values from contributing crosswalks. This is useful if you want to investigate data variations or match contexts more deeply.

Enabling this setting again will refocus the view on only the OVs, simplifying the review process for bulk match decisions.
