What is it?

Reltio Identity Builder™ is a premium identity resolution and enrichment capability within Reltio Data Cloud. It connects fragmented customer records into a single, verified profile by comparing your customer data against Reltio's proprietary reference dataset — a continuously updated reference dataset of verified United States (US) consumer identities built from public and proprietary sources.

The reference dataset includes:

• More than 550 million unique individuals
• More than 630 million validated phone numbers, including mobile, landline, VoIP, and business numbers
• More than 860 million unique email addresses associated with individuals and households
• More than 1.3 billion current and historical addresses collected across more than 30 years

Reltio Identity Builder uses this dataset with the Reltio Intelligent Identity Graph to:

• Link identity records that refer to the same individual
• Track historical changes to names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Maintain household relationships and lineage across systems and time

Identity Builder performs identity resolution and enrichment so that identity data in Reltio Data Cloud stays aligned with the reference dataset and reflects the most current known state for each individual.

The resulting insights can be visualized in Hub dashboards, the Individual profile view, or the Potential Matches view.
