Monitor and review matches in Hub

Learn how to use the Reltio Hub interface to monitor match results, review potential duplicates, and verify enriched data provided by Reltio Identity Builder.

Attention: This feature is available to limited users through the Reltio Early Access (EA) program. Interested in finding out more about this feature or participating in our EA program? Get details in topic Early Access (EA) features.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that Reltio Identity Builder has been successfully configured and enabled for your tenant. You must have:

  • A valid Reltio Identity Builder entitlement and provisioned product
  • Entity data (for example, Individual profiles) loaded in your tenant
  • Appropriate Entity, Relationship and Hub access permissions

Reltio Identity Builder produces match and enrichment results that appear in existing Hub views, such as Dashboard, Individual Profile, and Potential Matches. These views let you review matched records, potential duplicates, and enrichment details.

  1. Review the Dashboard view for overall match activity.
This page displays a high-level summary of the number of matched, enriched, and suspect records processed by Reltio Identity Builder.

  2. In the Hub > Search, select the Individual entity type. Find the Individual profile for which you want to view the detailed profile-level data.
Each record represents a single Individual entity enriched by the Reltio Intelligent Identity Graph. You can click any record to open its profile page.

  3. Open the Potential Matches tab to review unresolved duplicates.
    1. Optionally, use the Potential Matches, Find Matches, or Not a Match icons on the right pane to: filter, select potential matches, or find profiles currently marked as "not a match".
    2. Select one or more profiles and choose whether to Merge or mark them as Not a Match.
    3. Save your selections to update match results in the tenant.
Reltio Identity Builder automatically flags records that exceed fuzzy or suspect match thresholds defined during provisioning.

  4. Inspect the Sources view to verify matched and enriched sources.
From the Individual profile, open the Sources view and select the History icon, on the right pane, to see how the record was merged and enriched.
    1. Click the Sources tab to see which datasets contributed to the merged profile.
    2. Review enrichment attributes such as DeceasedIndicator, HouseholdID, or ConfidenceScore.
    3. Confirm that enrichment values are sourced from Reltio Identity Builder, not customer-provided data.

  5. Optionally, in the Hub > Search, select the Location entity type, and find the Location profile for which you want to confirm address-level validation and enrichment.
The Location view displays standardized addresses and validation indicators (for example, VacantIndicator, LastValidatedDate, or DPVConfirmedIndicator).

After completing these steps, you can monitor Identity Builder activity, validate match accuracy, and confirm enrichment results directly in the Hub. All views reflect real-time updates processed through the Reltio Intelligent Identity Graph.
