Test a project with the Reltio Connector for MuleSoft

Learn how to build and test a project using the Reltio Connector for MuleSoft.

Ensure that you've installed the Reltio Connector for MuleSoft. For details, see topic Install Reltio Connector for MuleSoft.

You can build and test a Mule project using the Reltio Connector for MuleSoft.

To build a test Mule project:
  1. Select New Project.

  2. In the Project Settings dialog box, add a name for new project.
    The project main page appears.

  3. Select Finish.
  4. Open the Mule Palette.
    Search for Reltio.

    Note: If the Mule palette is not available, ensure that you've install the Reltio Connector for MuleSoft.
  5. Add dependencies to the project.
    Search for the Reltio module in Exchange to add them to the project.

  6. Drag the Reltio item to the canvas.

  7. Select the green Plus sign adjacent to the Connector Configuration area.

    The Reltio Configuration dialog box appears.

  8. Enter the configuration parameters listed in Configuration parameters for Reltio Connector for MuleSoft.
    The configuration is required for the implementation.
    Note: Use grant type CLIENT_CREDENTIALS because, the default, BASIC_AUTH has been deprecated.
  9. Select Test Connection...

    • If the result is "Test connection successful" continue to the next step.
    • If there is an "Error in connection testing", check your credentials and try again. If the problem persists then share the details with Support.

  10. Select OK.
