Connect to your Alation account to sync Reltio metadata

Learn how to sync Reltio metadata to Alation using API connections and recipes.

You need to have the Alation connector and a Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) license to configure and use the OOTB Alation Integration in our tenant. Please reach out to your Reltio Account Executive or Renewal Representative for licensing needs.

You need to Connect to your Alation account to generate a refresh token, before moving on to this configuration.

If you have RIH and Alation connector licenses in your Reltio contract, the Alation connector recipes and connections will be deployed to your tenant's RIH instance.

Enter the connection details in Connection to Alation User Account connector, in the '_connections' folder

Connection details:
- Connection type - Cloud
- Subdomain - Base URL of your Alation account
- User ID and Refresh Token - generated in Connect to your Alation account to generate a refresh token
Select Connect.
The status changes to Connected and the button to Disconnect when the connection is established.

You're now ready to set up the Execute recipe to sync Reltio metadata to Alation.
