Reltio Control Panel tab isn't visible

Learn how to display the Reltio Integration for Salesforce if it isn't visible after installation.

Resolution

This topic provides troubleshooting steps for if the Reltio Control Panel tab is invisible after you install Reltio Integration for Salesforce.

Perform the following steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Navigate to My Domain under Domain Management.
  2. Complete the steps to enable the domain. After enabling, you must deploy the domain to all users. This option will be visible in the same screen. Your current step must be Step 4 as shown below.

  3. Navigate to profile editing and find the profile to be edited (for example, System Administrator). Click Profiles on the left navigation bar.

  4. Click on Object Settings as shown below.

  5. Select Reltio Control Panel.

  6. Set Default On.
