Learn how you can assign users to receive notifications from a few Reltio services.

A Notification service provides a means to deliver a message to a set of recipients. For more information about Notifications, see Notifications page.
Select Notification Management from the Console page to access the application or navigate to https://console.reltio.com/notificationMgmt.
The notification to a particular service can be configured by clicking the Edit icon next to the service. You can assign a notification service to a user by clicking the Who will receive the notification dropdown and selecting a user.
The user added will receive emails and notifications in Reltio with information about the service and can access the notifications by clicking the Bell icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Data pipeline notification types
Reltio Data Pipeline notify and send email alerts to recipients recipients when a credential is invalid or expired, or when an Azure staging SAS token is approaching expiration, so that administrators can resolve the issue before pipeline processing is disrupted. Configure recipients by selecting the Edit icon for a notification service and selecting users from Who will receive the notification.
The following table describes when each Data Pipeline notification is sent and the corresponding recovery action:
