Learn how you can assign users to receive notifications from a few Reltio services.

A Notification service provides a means to deliver a message to a set of recipients. For more information about Notifications, see Notifications page.

Select Notification Management from the Console page to access the application or navigate to https://console.reltio.com/notificationMgmt.

Note: You must be a tenant administrator to access the Notification Management application.

You can add one or more users as recipients to various Reltio notification types using Notification Management.

The notification to a particular service can be configured by clicking the Edit icon next to the service. You can assign a notification service to a user by clicking the Who will receive the notification dropdown and selecting a user.

The user added will receive emails and notifications in Reltio with information about the service and can access the notifications by clicking the Bell icon in the top-right corner of the page.
