Cycle notification
When an operation would create a cycle in a materialized hierarchy, configured recipients receive a HIERARCHY_CYCLE_DETECTED notification. A cycle occurs when the operation would cause a profile to become its own ancestor. The connection that would create the cycle is not saved. The hierarchy remap that would create the cycle is not applied.
If a cycle is detected during a profile merge, the entity merge completes, but the hierarchy remap that would create the cycle isn't applied. The notification identifies the affected hierarchy, version, and profile.
