When your administrator enables authenticator-based MFA, you must enroll in an authentication app such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Microsoft Authenticator to log in to the platform. For more details, see topic Enable MFA.
This section provides the steps to enroll in app-based MFA.
To enroll in app-based MFA:
On the Reltio login page, log in with your credentials.
Select the Account Settings option from the Applications () menu.
The Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign-in to Reltio page opens:
On the Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign-in to Reltio page, select SET UP AUTHENTICATOR button.
The Set up Authenticator App dialog-box opens with the QR Code.
Open your preferred authentication app such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device.
Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on the the Set up Authenticator App dialog-box.
The authentication app generates a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) as the verification code.
Enter the TOTP in the Enter Code field and select Verify for the verification.
Note:
If you lose access to your authentication app, contact the administrator to reset your MFA configuration.
After the successful verification, your MFA setup is complete. You can now access your Reltio account with enhanced security.
