Learn how to enroll for app-based MFA

1. On the Reltio login page, log in with your credentials.
2. Select the Account Settings option from the Applications menu.
   The Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign-in to Reltio page opens:

   

3. On the Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign-in to Reltio page, select SET UP AUTHENTICATOR button.
   The Set up Authenticator App dialog-box opens with the QR Code.

   

4. Open your preferred authentication app such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device.
5. Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on the the Set up Authenticator App dialog-box.

   The authentication app generates a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) as the verification code.

6. Enter the TOTP in the Enter Code field and select Verify for the verification.
   Note:

   • If MFA enforcement is set to TRUE, you'll be logged out from Reltio platform and you must complete the MFA setup process to continue working.
   • If MFA enforcement is set to FALSE, you can close the setup process without completing it.
   • If you lose access to your authentication app, contact the administrator to reset your MFA configuration.
