Highlights of this release

Reltio AgentFlow™ Unstructured
Reltio AgentFlow™ Unstructured is a new capability in AgentFlow™ that automates transforming documents, transcripts, and other unstructured content into governed context in Reltio Context Intelligence Platform. Using LLM-powered extraction, it processes PDFs, Word files, scanned documents, HTML, and more — automatically mapping extracted data to Reltio entities with intelligent matching and human-in-the-loop validation.
Unlike traditional Intelligent document processing tools that stop at extraction, this capability is purpose-built for enterprise core data, delivering 80%+ field-level accuracy while eliminating manual data entry. Organizations can process documents at scale, achieve value, and turn static files into actionable context for AI agents, analytics, and operations — reducing manual effort and errors significantly.

Reltio AgentFlow™ Agent Builder
Reltio AgentFlow™ Agent Builder extends AgentFlow™ with this new governed authoring experience for creating and managing custom agents directly in AgentFlow™. It brings draft creation, in-product testing, governed publishing, prompt security scanning, and auditability into one workflow — helping your teams move from agent design to approved runtime use with less engineering dependency and lower production risk.
AgentFlow Builder combines lifecycle controls with role-based access, separating authoring and approval responsibilities through Agent Author, Agent Approver, and Agent Admin roles managed in Reltio Console. Publishing follows a mandatory request, review, and approval flow, while prompt security scanning runs at test and publish time to help prevent unsafe or unreviewed agents from reaching your end users.

Reltio AgentFlow™ Profiler
Reltio AgentFlow™ Profiler is a prebuilt agent, included in Reltio AgentFlow, that helps you assess the quality of structured source data before loading it into Reltio. It connects to remote files in cloud storage or SFTP, previews file structure, evaluates schema alignment and column-level data quality, and highlights missing values, invalid formats, and other pattern deviations — helping reduce failed loads.
Profiler also supports an optional path from profiling to loading by auto-mapping source fields to your tenant data model and enabling data load job submission in the same workflow. It keeps schema confirmation and loading under user control while making source data readiness easier to assess.

Reltio AgentFlow™ Segmenter for Reltio Intelligent 360™
Reltio Agentflow™ Segmenter is now available in AgentFlow™ for Reltio Intelligent 360™, providing a prebuilt AI-driven interface for creating, refining, and managing segments through conversational interactions. The agent enables segment definition, rule updates, schedule management, job execution, and result review within a guided workflow that operates on governed, real-time data.
This capability extends the segmentation experience into AgentFlow™ by validating user requests against tenant schema and metadata, identifying invalid inputs, and suggesting corrections before execution. It supports previewing results for smaller queries and running larger segmentation jobs asynchronously, ensuring efficient processing at scale, simplifying segment management while maintaining accuracy, governance, and role-based access control.

Reltio AgentFlow™ Fully automated agents
Reltio AgentFlow™ Task Management is a new automated agent capability that supports long-running work in autonomous mode. In Task Management, you can create tasks and schedule them to run once or on a recurring basis, so you can automate repeatable work without manual intervention.
Each execution runs as a separate job with its own status, runtime details, execution metrics, and outcome. Each job also has its own conversation, so you can review progress, inspect results, and continue follow-up interactions for that specific run.

AgentFlow™ Usage Dashboard
AgentFlow™ Usage Dashboard gives you visibility into AgentFlow agents credit consumption against your annual entitlement. Credits are allocated at contract start with no monthly resets, and all tenants under the same Base Package share a common credit pool. Notifications are triggered at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage, and new messages are blocked when credits are exhausted.
A new usage dashboard, accessible to users with the required permissions, displays credit balances, contract details, and consumption by Base Package and tenant.

Bring your own LLM to Reltio AgentFlow™
Bring your own LLM (BYO LLM) is now supported for Reltio AgentFlow, allowing you to use controlled LLM credentials with AgentFlow while keeping deployment aligned with your internal AI strategy and model governance. This capability expands AgentFlow's flexibility for use cases where you want to use your own approved LLM provider while continuing to work with governed, context-aware AgentFlow capabilities.
BYO LLM is currently enabled through a Reltio-led onboarding process.

Reltio AI-Ready Documentation on GitHub
Reltio AI-Ready Documentation is a new public GitHub repository that provides the complete Reltio documentation corpus in Markdown, ready for use with AI tools. The repository includes a full documentation corpus covering every published Reltio topic, and a contextual index that helps AI tools retrieve the right information faster and more accurately. No authentication is required, and both files are updated twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Fridays, to reflect the latest published documentation. It is designed for immediate use with AI assistants, coding tools, and automation workflows.
In the upcoming bi-weekly release, a new public GitHub repository will also be available with a generation workflow for creating how-to guides on any Reltio topic by using AI with the Reltio documentation corpus as the knowledge source, along with a set of example guides covering common Reltio workflows.

Reltio Identity Builder™
Reltio Identity Builder™ links individual records to a curated U.S. referential dataset to increase match accuracy, reduce duplicates, and support enrichment with attributes like verified contact information, aliases, birth date, deceased indicator, and other marketing signals. It is available for U.S. based tenants hosted in AWS.
This capability runs continuously in the background and is delivered through a governed Data Tenant subscription. You'll receive only the matched results, not the full referential dataset. It complements existing rule-based and AI-based matching without requiring rule rewrites.

Grouping
Grouping is now available as a unified capability that supports two modes: Basic and Advanced, enabling flexible grouping strategies based on scale and complexity requirements. Basic mode, available for general use, provides the functionalities for standard grouping scenarios, while Advanced mode, available as an early access functionality, extends this capability to support larger-scale and more complex use cases.
Advanced mode introduces support for larger group sizes, multi-level grouping scenarios, and more advanced aggregation behavior, using a dedicated grouping processor and group-level matching to improve scalability. This dual-mode approach allows organizations to apply grouping strategies that align with their data complexity, supporting both standard and hierarchical use cases such as corporate, healthcare, and retail structures, while enabling early access to advanced capabilities.

Reltio Zero Copy Interaction Integration from Databricks enables Reltio Intelligent 360™ to access and use interaction data stored in Databricks without replicating data into Reltio, connecting securely through public-private key authentication and querying data in place while linking it to Reltio profiles through crosswalks.
This capability extends Intelligent 360™ by incorporating externally stored interaction data into the profile view, allowing interaction datasets from Databricks to appear alongside mastered profile data in the Hub. By eliminating data replication and relying on live access, the integration supports data governance requirements, reduces infrastructure overhead, and ensures that the interaction timeline reflects near-real-time activity, enabling more accurate customer insights.

Materialized Hierarchy
Materialized hierarchy is a new feature in Profile view that introduces a centralized way to create, view, and manage hierarchies. A dedicated hierarchy view in Hub shows how records are connected within a hierarchy, helping you work with complex structures more clearly and consistently.
Hierarchy instances can be created from scratch or imported into the UI. Automate unmapped value resolution with RDM Autopilot
Autopilot now evaluates unmapped source values in transcode operations based on similarity and frequency. It automatically generates mappings when confidence is high or provides suggested mappings for review, helping you reduce manual effort and maintain consistent reference data.
This capability supports more efficient handling of new or unexpected source values by identifying patterns across existing mappings and frequently occurring values. It helps improve data standardization and reduces delays in transcode processing caused by unmapped entries.
Autopilot is applied only when enabled through Autopilot configuration. When it is not enabled, unmapped values continue to require manual review and mapping. This capability is available in Reference Data Management (RDM) when Autopilot is enabled.

Reltio Integration with Confluent Cloud Kafka
Reltio Integration with Confluent Cloud Kafka enables outbound event streaming directly from Reltio to Confluent Kafka, supporting native connectivity with Kafka-based data platforms without requiring intermediate queue services or connectors. This integration works with your Confluent Kafka account, allowing Kafka to be configured only as an outbound streaming destination within Reltio, supporting event delivery from Reltio to Kafka only.
By eliminating the need for intermediary queues and connectors, this integration reduces event propagation latency and operational overhead, providing a more streamlined and reliable model for outbound Kafka streaming use cases.

Reltio Zero Copy integration with Snowflake for Reltio Intelligent 360™ now includes enhanced authentication, connectivity, and segmentation capabilities, extending how external data can be securely accessed and used within Intelligent 360™.
Updated support for Snowflake authentication and connectivity aligns the integration with Snowflake's recommended models, including OAuth and external identity provider integration, along with support for Connected Application Mode. Access controls are enforced through Snowflake's native role-based permissions, ensuring that Zero Copy data access follows existing enterprise governance policies — enabling secure, compliant integration without introducing additional access management layers.
Segmentation capabilities now extend to interaction data stored in Snowflake, allowing segment conditions to be evaluated directly against external data without replication. This approach ensures that segmentation reflects the most current interaction data while maintaining governed access to the source system — enabling more accurate audience definition and analysis based on real-time data.

BCE coverage extended to Reference Data Management (RDM) on AWS
Business Critical Edition (BCE) now extends high availability and disaster recovery capabilities to Reference Data Management (RDM) tenants on AWS. It enables cross-region failover for RDM data and services, helping ensure resilience and operational continuity.
This update improves reliability for RDM workloads by maintaining data availability and supporting failover scenarios across regions.
This update applies to RDM tenants hosted on AWS as part of Business Critical Edition.

LCA Lambda Function support for other languages
Life Cycle Actions (LCAs) now support AWS Lambda run-times beyond Java 21, enabling implementation in multiple programming languages while preserving a consistent execution model for triggering, responses, logging, and error handling. This expansion aligns LCA development with existing cloud standards and allows you to use preferred run-times without changing integration behavior.
Existing Java-based LCAs continue to operate without modification, while run-time selection is now included as part of LCA configuration. Guidance for non-Java implementations follows the same request and response patterns, ensuring consistent interoperability across run-times and reducing effort when extending or standardizing LCA implementations.

Healthcare VP to Salesforce Sales Cloud Integration
The Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) now supports integration between Reltio Healthcare VP and Salesforce Sales Cloud, extending existing integration patterns to Healthcare-specific entities, attributes, and relationships. This integration follows the same architectural model, dispatch mechanisms, and synchronization logic used in the existing B2B Velocity Pack integration, while extending support to Healthcare-specific entities, attributes, and relationship types.
Bidirectional synchronization is supported through Salesforce to Reltio Single Dispatch, Reltio to Salesforce Single Dispatch, Reltio to Salesforce Batch Dispatch, and Search Before Create (SBC), ensuring controlled data movement and duplicate prevention across systems. Healthcare-specific mappings and relationship validation logic enable accurate exchange of HCO and HCP data, supporting consistent profile creation and maintenance across platforms.

Unified entitlement and usage dashboard
The new Entitlement and Usage Summary page in Console provides a unified view of entitlement and usage data across your contracts, base packages, and tenants. It provides visibility into entitlement allocation of API, Consolidated Profiles (CPs), Reltio Storage Units (RSU), and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) usage across packages and tenants.
The dashboard helps you monitor usage, proactively plan for approaching limits and potential overages, and adjust as usage patterns or entitlement needs change.

Reltio Intelligent 360™ now supports interaction storage and management on Amazon Aurora as an alternative to Google Cloud Spanner, expanding infrastructure options for environments where Spanner is not available or where AWS is the preferred cloud platform due to regulatory, compliance, or strategic requirements.
The capability integrates with existing Intelligent 360™ interaction workflows, enabling interaction data to be stored and managed on AWS while maintaining compatibility with segmentation, reindexing, and historical data retrieval, supporting flexible deployment choices without disrupting existing data operations.

Prevent outdated overwrites in Tenant Business Configuration
The PUT /configuration endpoint now supports concurrent update validation through the standard HTTP If-Unmodified-Since request header. This change prevents outdated configuration updates from overwriting newer changes and returns HTTP 412 Precondition Failed when the configuration has changed since the client last retrieved it.
