Monitor cloud service health
Learn how to monitor the health cloud services and components in the Reltio Platform Status page.

Critical: When the core functionality of a critical service is down, we take corrective actions immediately

Medium: When the core functionality of a medium service still works, we take corrective actions as soon as possible
- The overall current status of all Reltio environments in all clouds.
- A history of the daily status of each environment.
- A history of the daily status of global services such as an authentication server.
- A historical daily log of all past incidents.
- A detailed current and daily status of various services inside each cloud. For example: UI, API.
- The details of each incident, including the current status and timeline provided for remediating and resolving the incident.
- The uptime percentage of each cloud for the last 90 days.
- The monthly uptime details.
This table identifies the cloud services whose health you can monitor, indicating its designated criticality as defined above.

We recommend that you regularly monitor the status of cloud services from the Reltio Plafform Status page. A good way to do this is to select a specific set of services in this cloud to receive alerts. For details, see topic Subscribe to platform status alerts . To drill down from the current 3-month view presented in this page, display a view for a specified 3-month period. For details, see topic View historical uptime metrics .
- Log into your tenant and and a note of your tenant URL displayed in the web browser address bar in format environmentName.reltio.com/ui/tenantName, for example, 361.reltio.com/ui/myTenant
- In your web browser, open the Reltio platform status page.
- In the About this site section at the top of the page, identify the specific cloud mapped to your tenant URL.
- Locate that cloud dashboard section lower on this page. For example, if your tenant URL, 361.reltio.com/ui/myTenant, is listed on the US Cloud, monitor your status in the US Cloud dashboard below.
- View the overall uptime (as a percentage value) for this cloud by hovering your mouse pointer over the question mark icon next to the cloud name to dispaly a tool tip.
- View the overall health status of this cloud over the previous 3 months on the color-coded bars on the dashboard timeline:
Green (operational): All services or components are functional.
Yellow (partial outage): One or more services has an issue.
Orange (degraded performance): One or more services or components are affected.
Red (major outage): One or more services or components are unavailable.
Blue (under maintenance): One or more services or components is unavailable due to planned maintenance.
- Display status details:
- On the cloud timeline, hover your mouse pointer over a colored bar to display a tooltip with the date and a status details for that day.
- Select the plus sign (+) next to the cloud name to expand the dashboard to display its component services.
