Segmenter is a prebuilt Reltio agent in AgentFlow™ that helps you create entity segments through a conversational interface. As part of Reltio Intelligent 360™, it lets you define an audience in natural language and carry out supported segmentation tasks in a governed workflow.
This agent is built on Reltio's existing segmentation capabilities and brings agentic behavior to segment creation and management. It supports guided segment creation by helping you review interpreted criteria, capture segment details, and save the segment from the conversation. It can also help you review current segments, analyze segment results, and continue common segmentation work through a conversational experience.

Key capabilities
Segmenter supports conversational audience segmentation workflows in AgentFlow. The following capabilities support segmentation workflows from request through follow-up actions.
- Create new segments from natural language requests by translating business language into supported segmentation criteria.
- Define segment criteria by using attribute filters, supported behavioral conditions, and segment details as part of the requested audience definition.
- Answer clarifying questions about audience criteria, filter values, segment details, or other missing information when the request is ambiguous or incomplete.
- Use tenant schema and metadata to validate requests against supported attributes, values, and scopes.
- Provide segment details such as the segment name and sharing settings during the conversation.
- Save the segment after the definition is reviewed and confirmed.

Tenant-aware segment review and follow-up
Segmenter uses tenant segmentation context and existing segment information to guide the conversation. The agent can summarize existing segments for configured entity, interaction filters, and relation types, along with current status, to help you understand what is already available before you create, modify, or analyze a segment.
You can also move from an initial request to the next relevant action, such as reviewing an existing segment, updating a schedule, running a supported job, or viewing entities within a segment.
