Use the AgentFlow workspace

Learn how to navigate the AgentFlow interface, select agents, and interact with your data through a conversational workspace.

The AgentFlow workspace is a chat interface, where each conversation is scoped to one agent and one task. You can't switch agents mid-conversation.

Prerequisites

You need an active Reltio tenant with AgentFlow enabled and the appropriate role-based access control (RBAC) permissions to use assigned agents. For more information, see AgentFlow execution privileges

To use AgentFlow workspace, follow these steps:

Open the AgentFlow workspace in your browser.
You'll be prompted to select your tenant and environment.

The welcome panel greets you and prompts for input. The input field accepts natural language questions or instructions.
Choose an agent.
If you're logging in to AgentFlow for the first time, the Data Explorer agent appears by default in the left panel under RELTIO AGENTS. To explore and launch additional agents, select Discover agents in the left navigation panel.

On the Discover Agents page, agents are organized into two groups:
- Reltio Agents: Prebuilt agents shipped by Reltio
- Custom Agents: Agents built by or for your organization
Each agent appears as a card that includes:

The agent name, provider, and a short description
The number of credits the agent consumes per call, if applicable
A Launch button to open the agent
A tooltip that displays the call definition when you hover over the credit value

After you launch an agent, it appears in the left panel under RELTIO AGENTS and stays visible across sessions, unless you remove it. The left panel shows the first five agents you add in the order you've launched them. Additional active agents are accessible by scrolling.
Enter a prompt or question in the input box and press Enter or select the send icon.
For example, try "Show me the organization record for XYZ Corp.”
Review the agent's response in the conversation panel.
Responses may include tables, summaries, lists, or follow-up suggestions depending on your agent and permissions.
Access recent threads or agent options using the left navigation panel.
You can revisit prior conversations, toggle web search, or adjust agent instructions.

You'll have an interactive chat-based view of your data, scoped by your agent and RBAC privileges. Agent responses are governed, read-only or actionable depending on the agent type.

Important: All responses returned by agents follow your tenant's role-based access control (RBAC) policies and respect attribute masking. If you don't have access to a specific attribute or entity type, the agent won't display that data.

Search and filter conversations

Use Search Chat in the left navigation panel to search for previous conversations by title.

Use the filter to refine search results. Select one or more agents in the filter to display only conversations associated with the selected agent(s).

Note: Web Search displays only the top 20 results.
