AgentFlow agents enable you to interact with your organization's master data using conversational, task-specific AI interfaces. Each agent supports a specific workflow — such as exploring entity profiles, resolving duplicates, or reassigning tasks — and operates using governed APIs routed through the Reltio Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. | Unmerger | Identifies incorrect merges and recommends safe unmerge actions to restore original records. This helps you correct data consolidation errors, maintain profile integrity, and improve confidence in unified data. |
| Work Assigner | Balances task workloads among Data Steward approvers to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and prevent processing delays. Evaluates active users across regions and redistributes workflow tasks based on availability, capacity, and due dates to ensure timely completion and consistent performance. |
| Address Enricher | Identifies locations with ambiguous or partially verified addresses. Validates and corrects address data using evidence from at least three authoritative sources, including postal authorities and official directories. Applies idempotent updates to Location entities with full audit trails and user confirmation. |
