Select Interaction type view
Learn how to select interaction type view in the hub
To select the Interaction type view, you need to have at least one profile created in your tenant.
To select an interaction type view:
- On the left-side drawer or in the Search menu select the profile you want to check interactions for.
- In the top bar select the interaction perspective.
- Select the drop-down menu net to Interactions to select the desired interactions type.
Only in the All interaction types view, the Interaction type column is available since multiple interactions of all types are.
