Interaction perspective for Reltio 360 Data Products
Learn about interactions the Hub
Interactions are events that occur at a particular moment, such as, a purchase, opening an email or visiting a website.
Interactions can be associated with a single or multiple entities, have an interaction type, and have associated attributes.
These interactions represent transactional data associated with an entity, such as:
- Date
- Interaction type
- Actors
- Attributes
You can manage and search your interactions as well as create filters to visualize them in the hub. Every profile in the hub has an Interactions perspective you can navigate to.
The selected Interaction type and the number of interactions available for that interaction type are listed in a tabular format with the columns displaying the attributes of each interaction.
