Unify and manage your data

Use the AgentFlow workspace

Learn how to navigate the AgentFlow interface, select agents, and interact with your data through a conversational workspace.

Attention: This feature is available to limited users through the Reltio Early Access (EA) program. Interested in finding out more about this feature or participating in our EA program? Get details in topic Early Access (EA) features.

The AgentFlow workspace resembles a chat interface. Each conversation is scoped to one agent and one task. You can't switch agents mid-conversation.

Prerequisites

You need an active Reltio tenant with AgentFlow enabled and the appropriate role-based access control (RBAC) permissions to use assigned agents.

To use AgentFlow workspace, follow these steps:
  1. Open the AgentFlow workspace in your browser.
    Navigate to the following URL:
    https://reltio.ai/agent-flow
You'll be prompted to select your tenant and environment.

The welcome panel greets you and prompts for input. The input field accepts natural language questions or instructions.

  2. Choose an agent from the Agent Selector in the left navigation pane.
You’ll see a list of available agents, such as Match Resolver Agent or Data Explorer Agent.

The agent you select defines what actions are available.
  3. Enter a prompt or question in the input box and press Enter or select the send icon.
For example, try "Show me the organization record for XYZ Corp.
  4. Review the agent’s response in the conversation pane.
Responses may include tables, summaries, lists, or follow-up suggestions depending on your agent and permissions.
  5. Access recent threads or agent options using the left navigation pane.
You can revisit prior conversations, toggle web search, or adjust agent instructions.
You'll have an interactive chat-based view of your data, scoped by your agent and RBAC privileges. Agent responses are governed, read-only or actionable depending on the agent type.
Important: All responses returned by agents follow your tenant's role-based access control (RBAC) policies and respect attribute masking. If you don't have access to a specific attribute or entity type, the agent won't display that data.
Agent settings and controls
To tailor your experience, open the Agent Settings modal.

You can:
  • Enable or disable web enrichment (if supported by the agent)

  • Set custom instructions like match rule priorities or excluded sources
  • Adjust behaviors per agent and per user

Using the Data Explorer Agent
This agent is included with AgentFlow and allows read-only access to entity profiles and relationships. You can:
  • Look up profiles (for example, “Show me the organization record for XYZ Corp.”)
  • Explore related entities (for example, “Who are the subsidiaries of this parent company?”)
  • Request counts or summaries (for example, “How many potential matches are there for suppliers?”)

Because this agent is read-only, you can’t apply merges or changes — but it’s ideal for context gathering before resolving records.

To take action on records, such as resolving duplicates, see Resolve matches in AgentFlow using the Match Resolver Agent.
