Customize Profile Stats dashboard
Learn how to make the Profile Stats dashboard your own
Let's get you going with Profile Stats dashboard.
Pick your point of view
Configure the content and layout of your Profile stats dashboard to suit your preferences in the UI Modeler. If you're a System Administrator you can configure which charts are available to all users in your organization. If you're a user, you can customize the layout of your charts on the dashboard, without affecting other users.
- Preconfigured charts
- These preconfigured charts come configured for you as part of the dashboard:
Profile stats view: The profile activity in your tenant for a specified period of time.
Saved Searches: The number of profiles returned for recent or saved searches.
Notification Inbox The Workflow Inbox details for the logged in user.
Activity Log: User activity across a tenant.
- General charts
- Use general charts to configure the data you want to view on the dashboard in these formats:
- Bar Chart
- Bubble Chart
- Cloud tags
- Custom
- Donut Chart
- Entities by type view
- Filtered entitites view
- Line Chart
- Map
- Pie Chart
- Table
- Treemap
Configure charts to present data for your business needs, such as:Tenant operational statistics: View events that have occurred in your profiles for a specified time period. For example, the Profile Stats view facet is a line graph that displays the profile activity in your tenant.
Business data visualization maps: View business data in your organization on a map. For example, you can configure a map of the world that displays the number of organizations in each country.
Data quality charts: Analyze the quality of your data. For example, you can configure a chart that displays the profiles where addresses were not verified or only partially verified
For more information on configuring the charts available for your organization, see topics Configuring Dashboards and UI Modeler at a glance. After you configure and publish your dashboard in the UI Modeler, the modified chart displays Updated next to its title in the Profile Stats dashboard.
For more information on managing the display of data in configured charts in your own Profile Stats dashboard, see topic Profile Stats dashboard navigation.
Location, location, location
The data you see on the dashboard depends on your access rights to the tenant. For example, if you have access to profiles in the US, then the dashboard only displays data for US profiles in that tenant. However, if you also have access to profiles in other regions, such as Canada and the UK, the dashboard also displays details of the Canada and UK profiles.
Apply global filters to your data to specify whether search results display active, inactive, or both entities for your Reltio Platform data. For more information, see topic Understanding the Global Filters .
