Data Pipeline alerts and notifications
Learn about alerts for expiring Azure staging SAS tokens and invalid Data Pipeline credentials, and the notifications Reltio sends to configured recipients.
Reltio Data Pipelines use destination credentials to authenticate with Databricks, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery and export tenant data. For Azure staging configurations that use SAS-token authentication, the Reltio Data Pipeline for Snowflake (Staging Pipeline) and the Reltio Data Pipeline for Databricks use staging SAS tokens to access Azure storage.
Reltio notifies configured recipients when a destination credential becomes invalid or a staging SAS token approaches expiration or has expired. These notifications help recipients prevent or resolve interruptions in data delivery.
Alert types
Reltio sends notifications when a Data Pipeline credential fails or a staging SAS token approaches expiration or has expired. Use the following alert details to identify the applicable Data Pipelines, notification conditions, and Reltio actions.

Notification delivery and recipients
Reltio sends email notifications to the configured recipients and displays in-app notifications in the Reltio Console and Hub.
Credential-failure notifications do not have default recipients. To receive these notifications, configure notification recipients in Notification Management in the Reltio Console. Each notification service has a separate recipient list, you configure the recipients accordingly.
The following notification services are available for Data Pipeline alerts:
- Snowflake Keypair for Data Pipeline for notifications about an invalid or expired Snowflake key pair.
- Storage Credential for Data Pipeline for notifications about an invalid or expired storage credential.
- Staging SAS Token for Data Pipeline for notifications about Snowflake or Databricks staging SAS-token expiration.
