Download exported files
Learn how to download exported entity and relationship files.
After you Export entities and relationships from the Console, download them from Reltio to your local machine from the Console as described in this topic. Alternatively, you can download them using the Export Service APIs.
Note: Entity or relationship attributes that don't contain any values aren't included in the exported files. This is the expected behavior.
When an export job is complete, Reltio sends an email with a link to the exported files.
For tenants running on AWS, download links are generated on demand each time you access the export task. If a link expires, open the export task in Console to get a new link.
To download exported files from the Console
- From , select the Completed tab.
- In the list of Completed export jobs, hover your mouse pointer over the row for the desired job and select the displayed View exported files option.
- In the Details panel, use Previous and Next to navigate to the desired job (if necessary) and select the View exported files button.
- In the Export of <job-name> page, view the list of exported files.
This is the page that opens when you select the link in the export notification email.
- In the Exported files list, select the checkbox for files you want to download and select the Download selected files icon.
