Learn about the Data Model feature for Reltio Customer 360 in the Reltio Hub.
Reltio Customer 360
The Reltio Customer 360 hub provides an option for you to easily and quickly visualize the data model on your tenant.
Open the Data Model page to see a graphic representation of how your tenant's entities, relationships, and interactions relate to each other.
View the number of entities, relationships and interactions on the top left corner of the page, and zoom in/out with the button on the bottom right corner of the page. Additionally, on the top right side select the Hide Interaction types checkbox to show or hide the interaction types.
Entity types
Entity types are represented as round icons.
Select an entity, and click the i (info) button on the top right corner of the page, to open a side panel containing additional information about the selected entity. Additionally, the selected entity, its related entities and the connecting edges, remain highlighted while all other elements of the graph dim.
- Entity name menu
- Displays the name of the selected entity and a dropdown menu for you to select other entities.
- Description
- Displays the description of the selected entity.
- Overview
- Displays information about the number of profiles, attributes, relationships and interactions associated with the selected entity.
- Contributing sources
- Displays the sources that contributed to the data associated with the selected entity.
Select the attribute table view button on the top right corner of the page to view other details about the selected entity in the information panel.
- Attributes
- Displays the attributes and sub-attributes configured for the selected entity. It also displays a search bar for you to easily find the attribute you want.
- Data type
- Displays information about the data type of each attribute and sub-attribute configured for the selected entity.
- Description
- Displays the name and a small description of the each attribute and sub-attribute configured for the selected entity.
- Contributing sources
- Displays the sources that contributed to each attribute and sub-attribute configured for the selected entity.
Relationship types
Relationship types are represented by the lines or edges that connect entity types.
An entity can have more than one relationship, which is denoted by a number on the line connecting the two entities. Select the number, and a dropdown list appears for you with the list of relationships.
Select the relationship you want to analyze and click the i (info) button on the top right corner of the page, to view more details in the side panel. Additionally, the relationship you selected and all related entities, remain highlighted while all other elements of the graph dim.
- Relationship name menu
- Displays the name of the selected relationship and a dropdown menu for you to select other relationships.
- Description
- Displays the description of the selected relationship.
- Overview
- Displays information about the number of attributes associated with the selected relationship.
- Direction
- Displays the two entities that compose this relationship as well as the label of the relationship.
Select the attribute table view button on the top right corner of the page to view other details about the relationship.
- Attributes
- Displays the attributes and sub-attributes configured for the selected relationship.
- Data type
- Displays information about the data type of each attribute and sub-attribute configured for the selected relationship.
Interaction types
Interaction types are represented by round icons with dotted lines.
Select an interaction, and click the i (info) button on the top right corner of the page, to open a side panel that displays additional information.. Additionally, the interaction you selected and its related entities remain highlighted while all other elements of the graph dim.
- Interaction name menu
- Displays the name of the selected interaction and a dropdown menu for you to select other interactions.
- Description
- Displays the description of the selected interaction.
- Overview
- Displays information about the number of attributes associated with the selected interaction.
- Member type
- Displays the names of the entities that are members of the selected interaction.
Select the attribute table view button on the top right corner of the page to view more details about the interaction in the information panel.
- Attributes
- Displays the attributes and sub-attributes configured for the selected interaction.
- Data type
- Displays information about the data type of each attribute and sub-attribute configured for the selected interaction.
